Stay Crafty With Hero Challenge #30

 

Challenge #80 with Circles: I love finding older stamp sets that I bought long ago but forgot all about - and that's what happened with this Hero Arts stamp set. It took me a long time to figure out what to make with circles for the Challenge but I think this card turned out really nice! It's very hard to see but I also used some glitter pen on the circles.
