The Worn Music stamp is really great if you like the "distressed" look
or want to add a great background to a card or scrapbook page.
To make the square for the music, I used some masking tape to do a masking technique. It was kind of hard to make the twine strait - so I hope it looks ok. I also added some red glitter pen the some of the poinsettia stamp so make it stand out a bit. (It's such a nice stamp! I can't wait to use it more on some cards) Thank you so much for stopping by, and please visit my blog all week as I show off some more wonderful Unity stamp sets, cards, (and if you leave a comment), a chance to win 2 Itty Bittys!!
Stamps: Unity Stamp Co. ('Worn Music' & 'Hodge Podge of Happiness')
Sentiment Stamp: Unity Stamp Co ('Picture Perfect' KOTM)
Ink: Brilliance (Graphite Black), ColorBox (Warm Red)
Twine: The Twinery (Maraschino)
Glitter pen: Gelly Roll
This is my fave so far this week!

Like the faux stitching! IMO having the twine look more natural & not completely square adds lots of charm, too. TFS.
ReplyDeleteWow - what a beautiful card!~~ I love all the elements. The 'Hodge Podge of Happiness' is one of the few sets I don't have, but seeing it in use, is making me think it may have to be one of my next purchases. What great creations for your Growing in Unity week.
