Ippity Challenge and FWF

Ippity Challenge & Friend's With Flair Friday: It's raining here in Ohio and my dog Buttons hates all the thunder and lighting. She was shivering on my lap for quite awhile, but then she seemed to disappear. So, I went to go look for her -- and after several minuets, I found her -- hiding under the bed! So, hopefully the thundering will stop soon so she can come out; because after taking this picture, I realized I need to vacuum under there! Hahaha

Today is Friday, and that means Friends with Flair over on the Unity Stamp Co's blog. I got some new paper in the mail today and I wanted to try it out with a stamp that I've had for awhile but never used due to not really knowing what to do with it - but I think I figured it out rather nice. I am going to enter it in the Ippity Challenge where the challenge this week is to make a card CAS (clean and simple) I thought with all the added white space, including the sheep, it make it look very clean). I added some flock to make it nice and soft feeling, and to add some texture. Thanks so very much for stopping by and taking a look!

Stamp: Unity Stamp Co ("Love Ewe" set)
Flock: Doodlebug
Paper: My Mind's Eye

  5. Awww, poor baby! My dog, Clyde (god rest his soul...he past away last year at 19 YO), always hated storms too. He would pant and get anxious and wimpier. I felt so bad for him...and if it was at night...he would crawl all over our heads and wake us up!

Such a nice card...I love that EWE stamp! One of my all time favorites. I'll probably have it FOR-EVER and use it FOR-ever too! It always makes me smile.

  7. I saw a cute idea using a sheep image once. You stamp the sheep upside-down on the card front with the sentiment "Ewe okay?". It makes a great get well card. I love the baby lamb with the Mama sheep. Thanks
