Tuesday Trigger: Finesse The Dress

Maxie Fab World: This week we get an extra week to do the Tuesday Trigger over at the Maxie Fab World blog, and I am glad that we get that extra time so that I can put in a card to participate. This week is a lovely gray and teal/blue dress. I thought I would add some flurish to my card to match the dresses bottom.
